Alexi Senior Living Corporation is offering Common Stock options of the company to all residents that sign a lease until September 30, 2021. The company had approved and allocated a Stock Pool of Options for the residents of the community. The stock options will have a 12-month cliff with a 48-month vesting period. “We want all of our residents to be part of our community” said – Tony Vari – CEO. “This is one way of giving back to all of our residents and sharing in our success” – said Vari.
